Embraer 170 $1.55 Per Diem Must sign $12,000 training contract, valid for 1 year. Amount is pro-rated $1,000/month. NWA mainline flow through: Once pilot has been with Compass for 30 months and is a captain, he has the right to go directly to mainline. Now that the merger has occurred the pilots can flow to Delta or Northwest when either are hiring. Once the airlines are under one certificate they will go to the new Delta. New-hires are brought to MSP for 1 day of orientation and then sent home for 30 days to complete a home study course. After the 30 days, they are returned to MSP for 1 week of ground school and then sent to Montreal for 30 to 45 days for systems/sim. New-hires going to all three domiciles. All new-hires will receive an ATP with ERJ170/190 type rating. Domiciles: DTW/MEM/MSP	0 Line 0 Reserve	1 Year	$24.00_/hr.	$61.00_/hr.
